Wayne is a Snow Monkey from Japan who's stuff works wonders on winter motors. It needs six months to 'season' - that's why he's here now in preparation. He was ousted from his clan for being 'very naughty' with the daughters of the Clans Chief - he's perfect for Monkey Spunk.
